Interested in Driving? - what is a 7.5 tonne vehicle operators licence

A vehicle of 3.5 tonnes. I'm looking for work as unemployed and for the sake of driving 3.5 / 7.5 tons for each delivery sompany me.

2 questions that I want to do.

1. What are the age limits for driving such vehicles? In the 20yrs old. I think I can drive a vehicle 3.5tonne, but not sure. (UK)

2. Is there training / plans, and learn how to drive these vehicles, depending on age?
